Community Health Centers Offer H1N1 Vaccine to Everyone
Several community health centers will be offering H1N1 vaccine to the general public this weekend, the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency is reporting today.
Multiple sites throughout San Diego County will be vaccinating people who want to get protection against the H1N1 virus.
“Some of our community partners are now offering the vaccine to everyone at no cost during evening and weekend hours,” said Wilma Wooten, M.D., M.P.H., County Public Health Officer. “The virus is still present in our communities. It’s important for people to get vaccinated to avoid getting sick.”
