What's New: The Department of Planning and Land Use has changed the name of its Regulatory Division to "Project Planning." The new name more accurately describes the division, which handles applications for large and small development projects. The change is part of our department's Service First Initiative, a plan we started in October, 2008 to improve our service to all of our customers, from applicants to stakeholders, communities, interested parties and the general public.
