Our Service First Initiative
Customer Service is our number one priority ---- to our project applicants, to stakeholders, interested parties and to the public. Our commitment is established by our Service First Initiative, which we presented to our Board of Supervisors in October 2008.
The initiative is an ambitious customer service action plan made up of 67 different policy, procedure and organizational improvements. It will strengthen our service to you by increasing communication among the divisions within our department and between the department and everyone we serve.
