Mercy Air helicopter was on display, until it got called away on an air evac mission. But spectators were treated to other air displays including several aerial fire fighting water drop demonstrations, an impressive fly-over by a flight of four WWII-era aircraft that made four low passes over the field with smoke trails, and a large number of radio-controlled aircraft ranging from jet to helicopter to bi-plane. Several aircraft were also on static display along the runway.
Schedules for future air shows and County airport open houses will be posted on this site. It's always great, free entertainment for the entire family.
