Limited public parking is available at the County Administration Center (CAC) while conducting County business. The following provides a summary of the parking regulations at the CAC.

Public Parking (green spaces) is reserved for the public while conducting County business. There is a two-hour limit. There are 95 public parking spaces on the north lot and 80 public parking spaces on the south lot. Vehicles illegally parked, or over the time limit, may be cited or towed at the owner's expense.

Disabled Parking (blue spaces) is reserved for vehicles displaying a Disabled placard or license plate. Vehicles illegally parked will be cited.

Reserved Parking (yellow spaces) is for the exclusive use of the person or department to whom issued or for use indicated on the spaces, such as commercial vehicles. Vehicles illegally parked will be cited. Reserved parking is enforced 24 hours a day.

Employee Permit Parking (white spaces) is for County employees assigned to the CAC and requires a valid regular or temporary permit. Vehicles illegally parked will be cited.
Pursuant to California Vehicle Code Sections 21113 and 22651, San Diego County Code Sections 73.101-107, and pertinent Board resolutions, parking facilities at the CAC are regulated. Failure to obey these parking regulations may result in the issuance of citations, towing at owner's expense, and/or removal of parking privileges. Public Transportation
For bus lines and trolley information, contact the Metropolitan Transit System at 511. The nearest trolley stop is the County Center/Little Italy stop on the corner of W. Cedar Street and Kettner Boulevard.
Other Parking Facilities
Parking is available at other public parking facilities around the CAC. This information is provided as a courtesy. The County does not have any arrangements with these alternate sites and assumes no responsibility for any loss resulting from such use.
- Metered parking around the CAC and areas between N. Harbor Drive and the San Diego Bay, and along Pacific Highway.
- Paid parking lot on the corner of W, Broadway, between Pacific Highway and N. Harbor Drive.
- Paid parking lot on the corner of Kettner Boulevard and W. Cedar Street.
Parking at the CAC on the weekends
The CAC parking lots are under contract to Ace Parking on the weekends. Ace Parking has the right to charge a fee for parking in the lots.
