HHSA's Agency Contract Support (ACS) provides Agency-wide establishment and coordination of contracting processes, information sharing and policies and procedures. ACS performs functions that are most effectively accomplished by a central organization such as fiscal reviews of contractor's financial systems and solvency and several standard contract provisions. Depending on the type and nature of issue, ACS may launch investigations of allegations relating to Agency contractors.
