One of County Parks' premier wedding sites, the adobe is a beautifully restored rancho built in 1853. It is available for viewing Saturday and Sunday, 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., no appointment necessary; or at other times by appointment. Call 760-724-4082.
The Victorian Garden, which can accommodate up to 250 guests, is available for receptions from 9:00 a.m. to sunset at a cost of $600. This fee includes tables and chairs for 100 guests as well as on-site coordination regarding event set-up. There is also a $100 caterer's fee for receptions.

Ceremonies may be held in the Chapel, which holds 65 people, or outside at the West Veranda, which will accommodate 250 people. Each may be reserved for a ceremony only for $400.
Please note that the full amount due is collected at the time reservations are made.
The adobe itself can be made available for tours for a donation. The tours are operated by the docents, and all tour funds are placed in the San Diego County Parks Society for the maintenance and operation of the facility. Rancho Guajome Adobe, California's finest example of Anglo-Hispanic domestic architecture, is a State and National Landmark, and has only recently been made available for weddings and special events.
