What's New:
Beginning in August 2010, the County Library and Parks and Recreation Community Building, located in the community of Lincoln Acres, will be developing a new facility on the recently acquired property to the south of the existing location. The new Library and Community Building will include expanded square footage, restrooms, offices for the Sheriff's Department and the Lower Sweetwater Fire Protection District (LSFPD), and off-street parking.
The new facility is expected to be completed in May 2011.
