You can now apply for rental assistance programs by submitting an on-line application. You can also update your existing application the same way.

If you choose to apply on-line, you will be submitting your application in a secure environment. You do not need to print and mail in the on-line application.
Application Tips
-You must have Adobe Reader 5.0 or higher on your computer to use this on-line application. If you do not have Adobe Reader, you can download the program for free from the Adobe website.
-Mac users: Please start Acrobat first, then paste the following URL in the Open box: https://www.formrouter.net/forms01@SAPPS/WL_App_OnLinev4.pdf
-All fields marked with an * are required fields and must be completed for your application to be processed.
-Date fields must be entered using the mm/dd/yyyy format. You must include the / marks and a four-digit year. Example: 05/01/2006
-Social Security numbers are entered as numbers, do not include the dashes. Example: 123456789
-Enter your phone number as a 10 digit number without any dashes or parentheses. Example: 6195551212
-All applicants must be 18 years of age or older at the time eligibility is determined.
-If you are already on one of our waiting lists, you can update your existing application by completing all of the fields on the application. Your original application date and time will not change when you update your information.
-Click the Submit button at the end of the form to complete your application. You will be redirected to a different web page after your application has been submitted.
Application Process
You will receive a confirmation postcard within 30 days of submitting your on-line application or update.
When your name reaches the top of the waiting list, you will receive a packet of paperwork to fill out to start the eligibility process. The length of time of your wait depends on program funding. Your wait could be as long as 5-8 years. Be sure to update your application as your family, income, and/or address change.
